g journalists match Hong Kong’s reputation as a civilized society?
It is f

New rules cutting down on paperwork, speedin g up registrations to begin Dec 1上海千花坊 China will roll out its reform of decoupling business licenses from operating permits on all 523 items concer
ning business operations subject to central government approval starting Dec 1
in pilot free trade zones nationwide.上海千花坊女神会所 The decision was made on Wednesday at the State Council’s executive meeting chaired by Premier Li Keqiang.
“The reform of decoupling business licenses and operating perm
上海千花坊its is an important step in transforming government functions and improving the busi
ness environment. This ever-deepening reform in recent years has played a crucial role in energizing the mar
ket, unlocking creativity and tackling the downward economic pressure in a shifting external environment,” Li said.上海千花坊女神会所
It was announced at the meeting that the decoupling will reduce permit requirements and simplify the review pro
cess. New measures will be introduced under all 523 items that are subject to central government approval.
Review requirements for 13 items, including record filing for fo上海千花坊
reign trade operators, will be abolished. Review requirements of eight other items, inclu
ding the review of customs declaration enterprises, will be replaced by record filing.上海千花坊女神会所
For the remaining items, services will mainly be improved by cutting document
ation requirements, providing faster online processing and abolishing on-site verification.

上海千花坊They described China’s stance after the US administration said on Thursday that it would impose an additional 10 percent t

bilateral trade talks in Shanghai, which had been described as “constructive” by both sides.上海千花坊女神会所
The plan will put additional tariffs on virtually all Chinese products entering the US except for medicines.
The US goal in imposing new tariffs is to build a global industrial chain and technology advantage led by that country, experts said.

The European Union’s disagreement with the United States over Iran widened when the EU vowed on Thursday to co

The US Treasury Department announced on Wednesday its sanctions on Zarif. “Javad Zarif implements the reckless agenda of Iran’s S

“We regret this decision,” said Carlos Martin Ruiz De Gordejuela, a spokesman for EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini.
“From our side, we will continue to work with Mr Zarif as Iran’s most senior diplom

ealth tools that inform and empower patients can also play a crucial role in p reventing disease. Simple, existing, cost-effective technology, such as mobile phones and broadband, can ma上海千花坊品茶微信

Finally, digital technology can help to deliver healthcare to people in remote or und上海千花坊品茶微信

mobile phones, WhatsApp, and text messages can improve the quality and accessibility of care for millions of people. In this re上海千花坊品茶微信

Digital data must be made part of health systems
Digital data and technology must be fully integrated into national health systems, and should become as essential as hos
pital beds. Too many digital health pilot programs over the past decade have been uncoordinated and focused on sing上海千花坊
le issues. Leadership from national governments is therefore critical to ensuring a coherent approach.
Fortunately, global and country-led efforts are starting to move in this direction. Earlier this year, for example, the D上海千花坊品茶微信
emocratic Republic of the Congo established its first digital health agency, with the aspiration of improving ma
nagement of the healthcare system, providing better care, and making services more accessible.
We can solve the global health crisis and achieve universal coverage, but only by making
digital tools central to all countries’ health systems. No single organization can achieve this on its own: we
need the public, private and social sectors to work together. In fact, the goal must be to make these new technologies s
o widespread that we no longer need to refer to “digital” health, because that is what all health systems will be.

Economic disputes will not come in the way of China’s reform and opening-up efforts to attract investment Over the past year, the US government has unilaterally provoked and escalated econom
ic and trade friction with China, with negative impacts on bilateral economic, trade ties and global economic development.上海千花坊 During this rare dispute, voices from home and abroad have made a lot of statements, making the cause and the facts clearer. China-US economic and trade friction in上海千花坊
volves a lot of issues, which need further clarification. The Chinese believe in truth and are not afraid of the clarifications.
• Is the Sino-US trade relationship a zero-sum game?上海千花坊女神会所 Some people in the US stirred up economic and trade friction with China with a
solitary reason in mind – loss of profit to US firms and excessive gains for Chinese firms in bilateral 上海千花坊trade, making the issue a threat to Washington’s economic and even national security. This view, which is full of Cold War bias, reflects the hegemony and zero-sum ga
me thinking. Is Sino-US economic and trade relation a zero-sum or win-win game? T
he answer is clearly both in theory and in practice. In international economic cooperation, trade relations are based on mutually beneficial exchanges, rather than a zero-sum game in which one side benefits and the o
t上海千花坊女神会所her loses. International trade can lead to optimized allocation of global resources, the common development of all economies involved and the common pr
ogress of human society. The history of international trade and the trade between China and the US have proved that such a practice is effective, and such p
ractical experience has long been the basic principle of international economic study. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two co上海千花坊女神会所
untries, bilateral trade in goods increased 252-fold, from less than $2.5 billion to $633.5 billion between 1979 and 2018.
In the past four decades, two-way investment has grown from almost zero to over $160 bil
lion, making the two countries a vital investment partner for each other. The history of Sino-US ec
onomic and trade relations proves that both countries have benefited in industrial development and optimization. The trade relations have cre
ated a situation in which both parties won rather than one in which China progressed and the US lost out.
• Is US’ insistence on “fair trade “really fair? Some people in the United States accuse China of adopting unfair and unequal trade policies that
have caused the US trade deficit with China. They tried to grab fair trade as a way to keep the moral high
ground in public opinion. However, what is “fair trade”? Fairness is a matter of history. In international trade, due to the difference in the stages of developm
ent, specific conditions and interests from different countries, in order to make trade happen smoothly, the
international community has formed trade rules through negotiations on an equal footing.
